We are so excited to be offer pottery throwing classes this Spring! The plan is to have throwing taster sessions open to book from April 2026! The classes will be taught by our lovely workshop host Anna Tordoff and will be between 1.5 - 2 hours long.

You will be shown the basics of throwing from preparing the clay, to centering it on the wheel and throwing some basic forms such as tumblers and bowls. Each session will cover the firing and glazing of one of your creations, however if you take to it like a duck to water and create lots of fabulous pieces you can choose to fire them for an additional fee per item.

There will also be a selection of glazes to finish your pieces in.
